We met at work and were close friends for many years before we went on our first date. Our first date was at Jose Malone's, a Mexican Irish restaurant in Troy, NY where you could get a mashed potato quesadilla. While Jose Malone's didn't make it, we've been together 7+ years since that first date. In those 7 years, we've dated long distance, bought our first house, adopted two ridiculously cute dogs and we can't wait to start the next chapter.
