Church Ceremony – Hotel → Church • 12:45 PM — Bus Arrives at Both Hotels • 1 PM — Bus Departs Promptly Please be on time! Only one bus will leave from the hotel, and it will not be able to wait. CEREMONY STARTS AT 1:30 PM SHARP! After the Ceremony – Church → Hotel Once the ceremony concludes, buses will transport all guests back to the Silver Legacy. • 2:30 PM — Buses Arrive at Church Ceremony • 2:45 PM — Buses Depart Promptly You’ll have time to rest, refresh, and get ready for the celebration.

Reception – Hotel → Venue • 4:15 PM — Buses Arrive at The Silver Legacy • 4:30 PM — Buses Depart Promptly Please be in the pickup area a few minutes early so everything stays on schedule. End of Night – Venue → Hotel We will have two buses available for guests that will transport guests back to the hotel after the dinner ends and the reception concludes, so everyone can return safely and easily. Early Shuttle Option – Venue → Hotel For guests who wish to return to the hotel as dinner ends: • 8:30 PM — Early Shuttle Arrives • 8:45 PM — Early Shuttle Departs End of Night – Venue → Hotel • 10:55 PM — Final Shuttles Arrive • 11:10 PM — Final Shuttles Depart These will be the final buses of the night, so please plan accordingly. We want everyone back safely and comfortably!
