My Dad. What can I say? Wouldn't be me without him, for both biological, birds-and-bees type stuff and the fact that he's about the coolest guy I know and I've always wanted to be like him in too many ways to count. Good news is, at the very least I look basically (exactly) like him so I know what I'm in for in 25 years. My Dad is the Dad I wanna be to any kids we may have. And he's also been one of my best friends since I was a kid, despite rarely to never suffering any of my crap. Perfect balance of Dad and homeboy. For pete's sake, he scored me front row to Metallica on the '92 Black Album tour, went with me and had a total blast himself.

My father passed away January 26, 2019. Although he won't be with us on our special day, his happy, positive Irish spirit will certainly be present. Our family was everything to my father. He was so proud of us and wanted the absolute best for each of of his children. I am happy to know my dad really loved Jeff and trusted him to take care of me. I have the craziest connection to my Mom. She knows me better than I know myself and seemingly always knows when something is wrong, even from the other side of the world, and always knows when to call and what to say. She's the best Mom (and Grandmom) anyone could ever hope for, and she's one of the 2 most beautiful women on the planet. Both my parents are just as much my friends as they are my folks, and my Mom is truly committed to every relationship she has with anyone. Irish loyalty at it's finest. And somehow she has less gray hair than me.

My brother from the same mother, and also my brother. And despite us having tried to kill one another on several occasions (all before we were both 9 yrs old, mind you), he's also one of the best friends I've ever had one of the best Dads and husbands I know,. He's also one of the most well spoken, wittiest and funniest MFers you'll ever smash beers with. And he can grill anything better than you can. I stood with Jon at his wedding, and I'm totally honored and excited to have him stand with me at mine. He's truly the only Brother I'll ever have, or could ever want.

It was December of 1997 in the Sun Valley High School cafeteria and a food fight had taken over lunch hour. I remember food and fountain sodas flying through the air... IT WAS MAHEM. I decided to run for cover behind the walls of the lunch line and across the room I saw another young girl. She ran up to me giggling and saying "I came in here because I didn't want my Titanic soundtrack to be ruined". It was fate. A friendship founded on a love for LEONARDO DICAPRIO. Ang and I have grown up together. We have known each other through many phases and have experienced some hard life lessons and heartbreaks of all sorts. . She is and will always be my very best friend and sister. I can't wait for her to stand by my side on October 12th! Thank you, Ang for everything you are to me! I love you.

My sister is one of the smartest, loveliest and kindest people I know. She lives to make the world better... and to rid it of improperly, used; punctuation. She dedicates herself fully to things that are important to her and to those around her and she never asks for anything in return. She's also hands-down the most thoughtful gift-giver ever and one of the best hangs at a concert because she takes in every second with a look of wonder on her face that shows she's appreciating everything going on. Not much, to none at all of the good in life is lost on my sister.

George is my oldest brother and one of my very best friends. Some fond memories I have with George include cruising around in the mid 1980's in his red Camaro while listening to Guns and Roses, being picked up from kindergarten to go see Beetlejuice in the movie theatre and going to see my first concert, AEROSMITH, when I was in 6th grade. Tickets were really hard to come by. Ask him, there is a story there. George has always been a source of advice, support and love. He is someone I can always call for help no matter the time or reason. I love you very much George, thank you for being such a force in my life and part of this very special day. Ps: He played the title role in the famous KelMar short film "The Christmas Child". No wonder i went into acting.

Ray is my first cousin and has also been the big brother I never had, and one of my best friends my entire life. He's easily one of the most unique individuals alive and without question, one the funnest people to party with that has ever existed. We've gotten into a fair bit of trouble together but have gotten away with even more; which is ironic because he's now an officer of the law who makes the kids in his community a major focus of his work. And I know the community he serves is better because he's in it, as is our family. Also, wait 'til you see him throw down at a wedding.

He's as Irish as they come, one of my best friends and one of the finest men I know. Fond memories of Brian include him teaching me to play Motley Crue's "Home Sweet Home" on the piano, Irish Weekends, spending quality family time together in Ocean City and having a laugh at Kelly's Pub. Brian is always approachable, nonjudgmental and always on my side. What more could you ask for in a big brother? Chris is one of 3 Nygard siblings in this crew that are basically my second family, and Chris is the one I met first, (through a high school mate in 10th grade who walked up to me in the hall and informed me I was now in his band, which Chris was also in). We've been inseparable ever since. He's also always been a big brother to me, in addition to a best friend. He's one of the people I trust most in this world to call me on my shit (and often in the nick of time, before I've actually *done the stupid thing). Can't even begin to list the times we've had, but I'm happy to be able to add this one to the list. PS - yes, all the yesses in regards to that pic.

Along with Dawn, Toni has also been in my life since I was 5! My true sister in every way! She is fun, caring and an absolute joy to be around. Toni also is a hardworking mother of 3 of whom I strive to be just like one day. Fun fact...Toni predicted that Jeff and I would get together 7 years ago! “Jenny Jelly” was my first true friend at West Chester University. We lived together, danced together and magically discovered our love and passion and bravery to persue careers in theatre/dance. She has seen me at my best and certainly at my worst and has loved me unconditionally through and through. She has been my rock through one of the craziest experiences of my life when my health was deteriorating. She is also the BEST godmother in the world to my beloved Franny. (If she spoils my dog that rotten I can’t imagine what it will be like when Jeff and I have kids). I don't know what I would have done without him out there. Hell, half my stuff is still in his garage. We've become brothers in many ways: music, work, a love for NorCal, and most importantly have spent many hundreds of hours hiking and snowboarding the Sierras.

AJ and I were in a band together in the Bay Area for a very long time. When I met him, through other guys in the band and he joined, I was immediately drawn to his witty but simplistic personality. Doesn't take much to make this dude happy. His needs are about as small as one person's could be: a mellow hang, rock and roll, and sports. But just the same, in a pinch he's the guy that'll snap to your side and lend you an ear til you've basically talked it off. And then he'll still make the perfect joke to balance out your woes.

A random hang at the wharf tavern brought Greta and I together and we have never stopped that party! She has helped me to love the beach and even forced me to go snorkeling once...it was terrifying, but beautiful. Greta is always there with some words of wisdom or earthly magic to make your day better. She is incredibly smart, independent and drop dead gorgeous. She also took me to my first QOTSA concert which goes down in history as the coolest live music experience I’ve ever had. She is also a talented artist and a karaoke star. Greta has been there for me through and through since that magical night when the ultimate humans of Delco were surrounding us. She brings fun and positivity wherever she goes. Adam & I have been in a very hard working rock band together (with his brother John, our Officiant) for a few years, and I now feel like just as much as honorary Schuman as I do an honorary Nygard. Somehow I managed to find a small pocket of Delco types in the Bay Area and they all have made me feel right at home. Adam is a despicably talented guitarist & hard working band member, in addition to being a tasteful prankster who I love being stuck in a van with for weeks on end, all while being a husband and father of 3, and keeping it all firing on all cylinders all the time and never complaining about anything.

My nephew Kyle is handsome, funny, cool and a true gentlemen. I’ve gotten to watch Kyle grow up and I am so proud of the man he is today. I had fond memories of bringing Kyle to movies (Harry Potter) on holidays while cruising in my periwinkle Sentra listening to Limp Biscuit and Eminem...don't be fooled, Kyle has always had great taste in music and probably thought I was crazy back then for listening to that garbage. I appreciate that he has never made fun of me for it. Kyle you bring so much joy to this family. They've slugged their way through an onslaught of single-mom-life type adversity and are still 2 of the best people I know, to each other and the world.

Emily, wife of John our officiant, was also my last roommate in CA. John & Em were both huge parts of the inception of my relationship with Alicia as I lived with them at the time and they had a front seat to it all. Emily became family, and fast, and she & Alicia hit it off immediately. Em is one of the kindest, most giving and understanding people you'll ever meet. She has an intuitive way of thinking through things like no one I've ever seen. She's also an endless source of fun, infectious smiles, and the exact right thing to say, at the exact time when you need it most. She's really knows "stuff and things". And having a front seat to watch her & John exist as a married couple for the past couple years has made me want to get married even more. They're amazing at it.

Grace was our family's first new addition, my parents' first grandchild, and I've never loved another human I'd never even met yet so unconditionally as I did Grace on the day she was born. She's the perfect balance between my brother Jon and my sister in law Kerri. She's loving and caring above all else and would rather use the money she saves in her piggy bank to buy presents for others than anything for herself. She's also insistent that throwing cash-money in addition to flower petals is part of her duties as flower girl. So, bring your piggy banks.

My nephew is the spitting image of my brother Brian with a personality to match. He is sweet, fun and full of energy. Jack is an incredible athlete excelling at both baseball and ice hockey. Can't wait to get to know my nephew as he grows.

"JOHNNY SCHU!!" is what basically everyone that knows this wonderful, selfless, fun-loving human being says every time he walks into a room and brightens it right the hell up. John was already ordained because he's the type of guy that you want to have make you man and wife, because he himself is as loving a person and a husband as it gets, so it was a no brainer to ask him to do this for us. John is also one of the most badass rock drummers walking the earth, and is more fun to watch than any member of any band he's in. I lived with him and his wife Emily for my final months as a Californian and they're family to me like the rest of the Schuman bunch.

Rich is the husband of Jennifer, one of the Brides gals on my side, and is also an honorary Nygard and my big brother the same as the rest of them. He's also the most talented person I know in so many ways. Rich makes his own instruments most of the time, and plays them better than anyone can (check out www.deepseedguitars.com !) so of course, he's the guy that's playing us up and down the aisle. He's also one of the most genuinely good people you'll ever meet and a perfect role model as a husband and father. And for real - wait til you hear him play guitar.

Eila is Jeff's Grandmother on his Dad's side, the only remaining Grandparent across the board, and at what will be nearly 96 years old on the wedding date, will blow you away with her wit and personality. Gram is an inspiring human being who is afraid of nothing, including telling you exactly what's on her mind, and her ability to smash scotch and sodas like they're going out of style is unparalleled. She never ceases to amaze, and yes - that's a picture of her in skydiving gear, which she very successfully executed to celebrate her 94th birthday.
