Wedding Party

We cannot say I do without our bridal crew!

Tinicee Nmah

Chief Maid of Honor

How I know the Bride: I am her darling baby sister, built-in best friend, and your Chief Maid of Honor. I wear a lot of hats when it comes to Snohti: former roommate, personal project manager, style consultant, social media coach, chichipolay partner, and loyal partner-in-crime for adventures and sweet tooth cravings. But beyond all the fun and jokes, what truly makes this moment so special for me is getting to celebrate a woman who has given so much of herself to everyone around her. Snohti is one of the most selfless people I know—she will move mountains for the people she loves, often without saying a word about what it costs her. I’ve seen her pour from an empty cup more times than I can count, just to make sure everyone else is okay. Together, we were our mother’s caregivers during her final days, and we learned what it means to lead with strength, grace, and love—even when your heart is breaking. That season showed me just how resilient, nurturing, and powerful my sister truly is. So watching her step into this new chapter with Austin, a partner who truly sees her, supports her, and shows up for her without being asked—it brings tears to my eyes in the best way. Because finally, she gets to receive the same kind of love she’s always given so freely. I cannot wait until he is my official brother in law. I’m beyond grateful that God gave me Snohti not just as a sister, but as a lifelong friend. So yes, I’ll be crying on the wedding day. Mind your business!

Koyan Dolopei

Best Man

Koyan Dolopei, Best man to Austin Ajavon. I live in Atlanta, GA, and work in the insurance industry. I met Austin through a cousin of mine in late 2002 in Charlotte, NC. I can't quite recall the exact circumstances of our introduction, but little did I know we'd become lifelong friends, or may I say, brothers. He's also someone I consider a confidant and someone you can count on. I can't count the laughs and unforgettable adventures we have shared together. We can have intellectual conversations about the stock market and business news for hours at a time. There are many admirable character traits Austin possesses. The one that I admire most is his temperament in any situation, good or bad. He's as cool as a cucumber. He has a way of making everyone feel appreciated with his genuine kindness. Seeing Austin find Snohti has been nothing short of amazing. Their love is inspiring, and I have no doubt they are building a future filled with laughter, adventure, and unwavering support for one another. I'm beyond honored to stand by his side as his best man and celebrate the next chapter

Romeo “2C” Mulbah

Groomsman

I'm Romeo “2C” Mulbah, a musician signed under the groom’s label “OuttaSpace Ent”. I’m a very curious, charismatic, ambitious, enthusiastic individual that’s always eager to learn and explore new ideas, and also the life of the party when I walk in. I find joy in connecting with people and tackling challenges with a positive attitude. I met Austin through a cousin of mine back in 2016. We clicked right away and went from talking about music to starting a record label, in which I became his artist. Austin is a calm and collected individual, and you can learn a lot from him if you listen and pay attention. I can't imagine his special day without standing by his side, just as he has stood by me throughout my musical journey all these years.

Mamai Grimes

Matron of Honor

How Do you know the Bride: I’ve known Snohti for 10 years now. We met through Charles Dunbar when he was looking for dancers for 2C. When we met, it was like an instant connection, like soul sisters. We clicked automatically, our vibe and energy was in sync. We both shared our love for dance, food, and fashion. We wore the same size so if we were ever in a jam for clothes, we both knew we had each other LOL! Snohti is indeed one of the most beautiful souls I know. A woman of few words, but powerful when she speaks. She is patient, kind, and considerate of everyone to the extent of her own comfort at times. I always prayed that she finds someone who appreciates her whole self because she is truly a blessing to those around her. I appreciate all that she’s done for me and my family. Her selfless spirit is what I admire about her the most. They say if you’re friends with someone for more than 7 years, you have a friend for life. Happy we have crossed that line and that we have become more like sisters! So my dear sister Snohti, I pray that your marriage is everything you hope for. Always reflect on why you fell in love with each other, laugh as often as possible, give each other grace along the way, and be willing to adapt as you evolve as individuals, a couple, and as parents when that day comes. Thank you for choosing me to as your matron of honor in this very special moment of your life. I cannot wait to see you walk down the aisle.

Jeremy Woods

Groomsman

I met Austin when we were young, both of us navigating that crucial period of finding our place in life. In a town teeming with men, we were able to distinguish ourselves from the rest. But Austin, he was a true breakout character, like someone straight out of a movie, always finding ways to excel, to shine even brighter. He's always been a thinker, a visionary. And now, seeing him stand here, ready to embark on this new chapter, I can only imagine the incredible future that awaits him and his bride. It's going to be something truly special.

Dr. Nyneju Nmah

Bridesmaid

How do you know the Bride: I am Snohti’s younger sister aka Twin. Ever since we were small, for some reason we were always mistaken as twins! After years of endless and unsuccessful attempts to convince people that we were not twins, we decided to give in to our namesake, hence we always address each other as TWINNN!! Hobbies/interests: I live in the great state of Texas where I practice as an internal medicine/hospitalist physician and love everything basketball, football, soccer and dance! I am honored to stand with my twin and brother on this special day. Congrats you two!

Armando Cortes

Groomsman

Nice to meet me. I'm Armando but go by "Mando" for short. Austin and I met a while back and hit it off through the topic of business, which he is a wiz at. We met at a Nmah family reunion since we're both dating sisters (he's engaged now so it's my turn soon) and we realized that they have great taste in partners. 😉 I am Hispanic from South Texas 🇨🇱 and currently reside in San Antonio, but I swear I think I'm Liberian 🇱🇷 after all, the flags look very similar. I enjoy good conversation, good company, but over all cherish memories that will last a lifetime. I am honored to be part of this wedding and look forward to meeting everyone! May God bless Austin and Snohti's marriage in the name of our Lord Jesus. ✝️

Margaret Fallah

Bridesmaid

How do you know the bride? The bride is my younger sister, my best friend, and a beautiful person inside and out. Growing up, she was always there to support me, and I cherish the memories of when I first arrived from Liberia and she showered me with love and kindness. One fond moment that stands out is that to this day, my sister still has the scarf that I brought her from Africa. Snohti, my gorgeous bride, your guidance and support mean the world to me, and I admire the love and kindness you show to our family. I have no doubt that you will become a great wife to Austin and mother to your children. I offer my heartfelt congratulations on your new journey, as long as you don't forget our weekend calls. Love you so much beautiful

A little about myself: I am a former U.S. professional boxer, a Golden Gloves champion, and a three-time Georgia State champion in boxing. Currently, I own a restaurant in Atlanta called Atinah, and I work alongside the Office of the First Lady of the Republic of Liberia. Mel Osaigbovo

Bridesmaid

How do you know the Bride: I first met Snohti, ‘Hottie’ as I like to call her, in our college Bio class over 15+ years ago. It would be her infectious laugh and soothing smile that would draw me to pair up with her as lab partners. As we endeavored in our adult pursuits, no matter how much time or distance elapsed without us seeing each other we would pick up right where we left off as if time never passed. That’s what makes Snohti special is her consistency in her relationships, I have no doubt that she will be that same constant light to Austin as his North star. Interesting Facts: A little bit about myself, I’m the millennial Martha Stewart, I love all things pertaining to entertaining, from planning events to staging decor or just throwing down in the kitchen!'

Isaac Ajavon

Groomsman

Hi, my name is Isaac Ajavon, nephew and close blood to the groom. I was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. I currently work as a service center manager at Valvoline. In my free time, I love PC gaming, outdoor sports, and listening to music—the most generic things to do, I guess. The entire time I've known my uncle, I've always admired the dedication and determination he's had toward any circumstance. No matter if we speak a day, month, or year from now, he will always have words of encouragement and wisdom to help with whatever I'm going through. Sometimes, I'm like, 'Help a brother out though!' I'll never forget the day this man had me clean out his apartment, and the amount of designer shoes and shirts I found was astonishing. I was dumbfounded; it just sucks none of them were my size. Knowing my uncle, his bride must be truly exceptional. I am looking forward to celebrating this joyous occasion with the both of you. May your marriage be blessed, always!

Edward "Sumo" Jones III

Groomsman

Hello everyone, my name is Edward Sumo Jones III. I am Austin's nephew; he is my mother’s youngest sibling. I grew up with Austin in the same household, and he’s always been more like an older brother to me. He even gave me my famous family nickname, which I will not share. I was born in Liberia, and we moved to the U.S. (Charlotte, NC) when I was 3. I still reside in Charlotte. I am somewhat of a serial entrepreneur (as most of us have to be these days), but specifically, I am in the transportation industry. I love cars. I like to buy them, sell them, and drive them. I’m also a big basketball fan. I played in high school and junior college. I can still be found at the local YMCA shooting bricks trying to get some cardio, lol. Austin has been a great role model to me. He has taught me a lot over the years. I can always come to him for advice and support. He is a smart and insightful voice of reason that I’ve always looked up to. I wish him and Snohti a long-lasting, blessed, and healthy marriage! I'm grateful to be a part of their union and looking forward to a beautiful wedding!

I also have two teenage kids, Jaiden, 17, and Anaya, 13, from a previous marriage. I met Austin about 5 years ago over a Valentine’s Day couples dinner that Mamai and Snothi planned. Upon meeting Austin, we realized that we shared similar interests in trading stocks, and just our overall views in life. I currently live in Covington, Georgia, and run a digital media company in the corporate and commercial space. Some of my personal interests include photography, physical & mental health, bicycling, live music, travel, family time, and DIY projects. I’m honored to be supporting you along this journey and am so excited for the union of you and Snothi. My wife (Mamai) and Snothi have been extremely close friends for years. Over the years, whenever I needed to plan a surprise for my wife, Snothi has been that person that I consulted first, and she has also been very involved in the planning process. Two of the most important events that she helped me with were our surprise engagement proposal and Mamai’s surprise birthday party in 2023. I’m elated to support you on this journey and pray that God's blessings shower your marriage with peace, bliss, prosperity, love, and understanding for a lifetime to come.

Willis Dennis

Groom

Hello everyone, I’m Willis Dennis. Austin and I grew up as brothers after we came to the United States together from the same refugee camp in Ivory Coast and lived in the same household for sometime. I'm an HBCU graduate with a degree in accounting, but my passion lies in underground hip-hop. My real name is also my rap name, so you'll hear it twice! I currently live in Charlotte and when I'm not working, I’m making music. A memorable moment I'd like to share: when I was 22, I randomly bumped into Austin at an African restaurant. We hadn't seen each other in years. After catching up, I went to pay for my meal, and he'd already taken care of it. That simple gesture, so characteristic of him, reminded me how generous and supportive he is. It was a powerful reminder that I always had a big brother looking out for me. When Austin told me he was getting married, I felt a sense of relief and joy. A man like Austin, who gives so much to his loved ones, truly deserves a loving partner who understands and reciprocates that care. Knowing how wise and strategic he is, I have no doubt he's chosen the right person. He wouldn't waste time or energy on anything less than genuine. I wish Austin and Snohti a lifetime of happiness, love, and unwavering support.
