To help us with planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible—preferably by October—as most of you will likely do since it’s a destination wedding. However, the official deadline is January 1, 2026. If we don’t receive your RSVP by this date, we will assume you are unable to attend. We need to provide the venue with a final guest count and organize activities accordingly, so your timely response is greatly appreciated!
Expect sunny days with temperatures between 25-30°C, while evenings will be pleasantly cooler around 20°C.
We’re not doing a traditional registry, but if you’d like to share a gesture, you’re welcome to contribute toward our honeymoon. Your presence truly means the world to us, and we can't wait to celebrate together.
We recommend booking flights as early as possible to secure the best prices and availability. Aim to book at least 6-8 months in advance, especially if traveling during peak season.
We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos during the ceremony, as we will have a professional photographer and videographer capturing every special moment. Outside of the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you’d like—we’d love to see your memories from the celebration!
Please send any questions or concerns to Zahra by phone at 250-551-4902 or email at askary.zahra@gmail.com
No, you don’t have to stay the full four nights. However, we would truly appreciate it if you could be there for the welcome party and, of course, the ceremony & reception!
We want you to feel comfortable while celebrating with us, so here’s a breakdown of suggested attire for each event: 1. Welcome Party Attire: Women: Mid- to long-length dresses in light fabrics, soft tones, or floral prints are perfect. Men: Light fabrics and dress button-up shirts (short sleeves are totally fine). No suits needed—think classy but comfortable. 2. Ceremony & Reception Semi-Formal: Women: Gowns and cocktail dresses are welcome. Men: Suits or linen outfits are great options—however, no shorts, please. 3. Aperipizza Party Relaxed & Festive: Women: Think sundresses, floral prints, and light, flowy fabrics. Men: Breezy knits, linen or light pants, or tailored shorts—keep it cool and casual.
As this is an intimate wedding, we’re keeping it to those listed on the invitations. If your invitation includes a plus-one, we’d love for them to join! If you have any questions, feel free to reach out—we’d be happy to clarify.
The wedding party and our parents will be staying at Domus Laeta. For guests who are not staying at the venue, we have listed nearby accommodation options. Please book your stay independently and kindly inform Zahra once you have made your arrangements.
We will not be providing a shuttle, as guests will be arriving from various locations. However, the venue is most easily reached from Naples Airport, and transportation options include renting a car or taking a train to Paestum (the closest station to the venue).
Driver’s License Requirements: You must have a valid driver’s license, and obtain an International Driving Permit (IDP). Insurance: Basic insurance is usually included, but consider purchasing additional coverage for theft, damage, and third-party liability. Check your credit card benefits, as they may offer rental car insurance. Manual vs. Automatic: Many rental cars in Italy are manual transmission, so if you prefer an automatic, be sure to specify when booking. Automatics may be more expensive and less readily available. Tolls: Many highways (autostrade) require tolls. You can pay via cash or credit card at toll booths. Consider getting a Telepass for automatic toll payment to make your journey smoother.
For any meals at restaurants and the winery event outside of the wedding and welcome party, guests will be responsible for covering their own costs. Once RSVPs are collected and plans are finalized, Zahra will reach out to coordinate e-transfer payments for any pre-arranged group dining reservations.
Zahra and AJ will be covering the accommodation costs for the bridal party and their guests (if included), as well as for parents staying at the venue, as a gesture of appreciation for their support throughout the wedding. For guests staying at the property, breakfast will be provided by the venue. Breakfast will have a small associated cost. Zahra will coordinate and share the final cost for breakfast and will collect payment from those staying at the venue accordingly.
