Shuttle to Ceremony
3:30 pm

We will have a shuttle picking up guests at the Armstrong Hotel at 3:30 pm to take them to the ceremony venue (approximately a 15 min drive). We will also have a shuttle at the end of the reception taking guests back to the Armstrong Hotel. We are told that Ubers will not come out to the venue at night, so if you are not able to or don’t want to drive home, please take advantage of the shuttle (even if you didn’t take the shuttle to the venue). You are permitted to leave your car at the venue overnight if needed.
Ceremony
4:30 pm - 4:45 pm

A brief exchanging of loving words by Lacey and AJ will be held in a beautiful pasture overlooking the foothills. Please wear comfortable shoes (the ground may be soft, and you will be walking over a few small footbridges) and bring your sunnies!
Cocktail Hour and Reception
4:45 pm - 9:30 pm

Attire is mountain resort chic. Just kidding! Please just be festive and comfortable. There will be both indoor and outdoor reception spaces, so we suggest bringing layers, since it might get chilly as the sun goes down.
The ceremony will be followed by an outdoor cocktail hour. We will have light appetizers, beer, wine and craft cocktails from Cocktail Caravan. After cocktail hour we will have dinner and dancing. Dinner will be pizza and salads from Basic Kneads, a local pizza food truck. Gluten-free and vegan options will be available, but please be sure to let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

Guests are welcome to meet at a local brewery (location to be decided closer to date) for some beers and hangs. We expect people to come and go as convenient - it will be a fun and informal affair.
