Just a short drive from our venue and hotels, Red Rocks is perfect for hiking, sunrise yoga, or catching a concert. Don’t forget your camera for those beautiful views!
Denver Botanic Gardens
The Denver Botanic Gardens holds a special place in our hearts because it’s where we got engaged and took our engagement photos! Stroll through themed gardens, enjoy the tropical conservatory, or simply enjoy the weather and scenery. Only about 18 minutes from our venue, it’s a perfect spot for a leisurely morning or afternoon during the wedding weekend. Just a note you will need tickets to enter!
Bear Mountain Stables
If you’re looking for another outdoor adventure and love animals, horseback riding is a great option. We’ve been here ourselves and absolutely loved the experience! Just be sure to text and book ahead, as spots fill up quickly. And it’s only about 30 minutes from our venue, making it an easy addition to your weekend plans.
Hiking
If you love hiking here is one of our favorite trails we did filled with lots of deer sightings: The American Bison trail, just 30 minutes from our venue! Another option for hiking is going to Lookout Mountain!
