ITINERARY FOR THE EVENING AJ & Halie’s Wedding Celebration Saturday, November 15, 2025 Hillsboro Civic Club – Hillsboro, Missouri 2:30 PM – 3:00 PM Guests begin arriving 3:00 PM – 3:20 PM Ceremony begins 💍 AJ & Halie say “I do” 3:30 PM – 4:15 PM Cocktail hour & photos • Guests enjoy seasonal drinks, light bites, and a cozy cider bar • Wedding party & family photos 4:15 PM – 4:25 PM Grand entrance of the wedding party 4:30 PM – 4:45 PM Toasts by the Maid of Honor, Best Man, and family 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM Dinner service 5:45 PM – 6:00 PM Cake cutting & dessert bar opens 6:00 PM – 6:30 PM First dance as newlyweds Parent dances Open dancing begins 🎶 7:00 PM Bride & Groom sparkler dance outside ✨ (A magical, glowing moment under the night sky) 7:45 PM Bouquet toss Dancing continues 10:00 PM Final dance of the night A sweet send-off for the new Mr. & Mrs.

There will be a cash bar but several specialty drinks provided for guests to chose from at no cost! We will also be having open beer, wine, soda for the first couple hours!

Are kids invited and what will they eat?!

Yes! Your kiddos are welcome and we will be serving Mac & cheese, chicken tenders, and fries for them🩷

What will we have for dinner?

Answer

Villa Antonio will be catering a bbq style dinner. Think pulled pork/pulled chicken, Brussel sprouts, mashed potato’s, salad, and rolls.
