We're getting married!

We met on a normal Saturday night in 2023 at a friend's house, where we watched the Notre Dame vs. Ohio State football game. Gray immediately noticed AJ but also noticed the ring she wore, thinking it was an engagement ring. Little did he know it was a gift from her dad back in high school! Despite AJ being a bit guarded at first, Gray's determination won out, and he eventually asked her out on a date. Our first date was a laid-back night of putt-putt and Waffle House—just the right mix of fun and casual. Afterward, AJ was excited, she hadn't been that excited on a date in a long time. It was clear to everyone that something special was happening. A week later, Gray took things to the next level by cooking up hundreds of burgers with AJ's dad and brother-in-law for her biggest work event of the year. AJ realized Gray was different; his consistency, support, and genuine joy made her feel truly special. Ten months flew by, filled with cooking dinners, family hangouts, and monthly date nights. Just when AJ thought they wouldn’t be getting engaged for a while, Gray pulled off the ultimate surprise. He proposed on a rooftop surrounded by gorgeous flowers, kicking off a thoughtfully planned weekend that showed just how much he loved her. As we look ahead, we’re excited to see where the Lord takes us. We can’t wait to enjoy every moment together and celebrate the joy we bring to each other’s lives! Most importantly, we want a marriage and family grounded in Jesus and focused on serving others.
