Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks.
When you arrive at Rubicon, look for the door to the right. We will be entering the Mangia Qui event space attached to the restaurant. This is where we will gather all our guests before the ceremony. At 3:55 you will be lead to Rubicon for the ceremony. More details will be given once finalized. *Please note that the Mangia Qui room is reserved for our event, but Rubicon is open to the public for dinner service starting at 5. Therefore, we need to do our best to respect the staff and the place settings at the tables during the ceremony. We also need to do our best to arrive on time because we need to stick to our schedule so the restaurant is ready for diners.
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Following the ceremony we will walk next door to Mangia Qui to enjoy some cocktails and lite bites. During this time, we will be taking photos with family members so be ready to get called over.
5:30 pm - 10:00 pm
After cocktail hour we will be having a delicious buffet style dinner. After our meal and before cake, there will be an opportunity for any who wish to share a toast to the bride and groom.
11:00 pm
For those who want to continue to celebration. Join the bride and groom for a walk through downtown Harrisburg with a few stops at our favorite bars/hangouts. Time to be determined.
