Our ceremony will begin at 6:00pm, therefore, we recommend arriving at 5:45, the latest, in order to give you time to settle in and take your seats before the start of the ceremony
The dress code is formal - it will be summer time and the venue is both outdoors and indoors, so dress lightly
Both!! The ceremony will be held outdoors, the cocktail hour and reception will be mostly indoors with access to the outside area. In case of rain (🤞🏼hopefully not) the ceremony will be held indoors
The rough timeline we have based on our 6pm start time looks like the following: 5:55pm/6pm - Guests seated for ceremony 6:00pm - Ceremony begins (most ceremonies are 20minutes on average) 6:30/6:45pm - Ceremony ends, Cocktail hour begins 7:30pm/7:45pm - Cocktail hour ends / guests find seats inside for reception 7:55pm/8pm - Introductions into first dance 8:05pm/8:10pm - Toasts (length depends on number of people speaking) 8:20/8:30pm - Dinner begins immediately following last toast 9:05/9:15pm - Parent Dances and cake cutting ( most people pair these together after dinner so no need to stop dancing to cut cake later on) 9:20pm – Dance floor open until midnight 10:30pm/11:30pm - Venetian Room Open Midnight - Wedding ends
Yes! The ride to the venue will be leaving the hotel at 5:15pm. The ride back to the hotel once the day is over leaves the venue at midnight. If you wish to leave earlier, extra rides back and fourth between the hotel and venue are available.
Yes there is! Guests can take their own method of transportation back and forth if desired, however, please take advantage of our FREE transportation if you plan on drinking!!

The reception ends at midnight, and yes, there will be a very casual after party at the hotel. More food, alcohol, music, and party games will be provided
While we don’t mind you posting photos of us on social media, please refrain from doing so during the ceremony. We hired an amazing photographer and videographer that will capture all of those beautiful photos and moments, it would be a shame if they were ruined by guests taking photos in the background
