When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 10th using the RSVP card that came in the mail. We have to submit final numbers to our venue and caterer by certain dates, so we do need to know if you are coming.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) and the reception will be indoors.

What time should we be there?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4 p.m. on Sunday, September 29th. We kindly ask guests to arrive 10-15 minutes prior.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal. We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to wear your favorite cocktail attire!

Will parking be available?

Yes, there is plenty of parking on-site.

Do you have a hotel room block? Where do you recommend I stay?

Yes! We’ve secured a block of rooms at the following hotel. To take advantage of the group discount you must book your room(s) before September 7th. Can I bring a date?

In order to keep our guest list on track, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only celebration so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Will there be food and drinks served?

Yes, we will have passed hors d’oeuvres, a full open bar, as well as a 3-course meal, cupcakes, and desserts! Of course, we will have dancing. We have arranged for a DJ that will help you dance the night away.

The reception is scheduled to end at 9:30 p.m.

Can I take and post pictures of your wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures from the cocktail hour and reception on to their social media channels. Please tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #LoveisintheHare so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
