For common needs, "Healthguard" is a well-known chain found in nearby supermarkets.

Entry & Visas (ETA) - Do I need a visa to enter Sri Lanka?

Yes, all visitors need an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA). Please only use the official government site: eta.gov.lk. For guests from the USA: You must apply for a standard tourist ETA. For guests from India: Sri Lanka often runs "Free Visa" schemes for Indian nationals. While the fee might be waived, you must still apply for the ETA online before you travel to avoid long queues or issues at the airport.

The best exchange rates are consistently found at the arrival hall of Colombo International Airport (CMB). There are several bank counters (Bank of Ceylon, Sampath Bank, etc.) open 24/7.

Getting to Turiyaa Kalutara - How do I get from Colombo Airport to the wedding venue?
Answer
A: The airport is in Katunayake, about 80km (50miles) from Kalutara. The drive takes about 1.5 to 2 hours via the Southern Expressway. PickMe or Uber: Download the PickMe app (the Sri Lankan version of Uber). It is the most transparent way to book. Airport Taxi Counters are also located inside the arrival hall. A car from the airport to Kalutara should cost between LKR 7,000 to 8,000 (approx. $15-$20USD / ₹3,000-₹4,000 INR). Important: Always ensure your driver uses the "Expressway" (Highway).
