When do accommodations need to be booked?

Answer

To secure your stay, accommodations must be confirmed with full payment by October 1, 2025. Please contact Seminary Hill’s Guest Experience Manager, Ronni Gorr, at accommodations@seminaryhill.co for pricing and to complete your booking.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

RSVPs are due by October 1, 2025. All responses must be submitted electronically through the RSVP tab on the wedding website.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will begin promptly at 3:30 PM. We recommend arriving by 3:00 PM to allow time to settle in and find your seat.

What is the weather like in Callicoon, NY, in November?

Answer

Expect crisp autumn weather, with highs around 43°F and lows near 30°F. Please dress warmly, as parts of the ceremony and cocktail hour may be held outdoors. Amanda is especially hopeful we’ll enjoy the tail end of the beautiful fall foliage. Be sure to check the forecast as the date approaches.

Is parking available?

Answer

Yes, parking is available at all accommodations as well as at the wedding venue.

Will there be transportation to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided, but all accommodations are less than a mile away. You’re welcome to leave your vehicle parked overnight at the venue. Family members who are not drinking may offer rides, and walking is a safe and easy option. Please note that rideshares may be limited in this area.

Can I take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We kindly ask that the ceremony remain unplugged and camera-free to allow our professional photographer to capture the moment. After the ceremony, you’re welcome to take as many photos as you like. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

What should I do if I have a food allergy or dietary restriction?

Please make sure to provide this information on your RSVP. Also, bring your EpiPen, as we will not be working this weekend.

Are kids included in my invite?

While we adore your little ones, due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate children at this event. We appreciate your understanding.

Answer

No, your presence is enough of a present for us! We truly appreciate the time, travel, and love you bring to our celebration. No gifts are expected. Having you there means the world.
