Hotel
We have a reduced room rate at the Holiday Inn Crystal Lake for reservations made before September 3, 2025. Guests have the options of calling in house reservations, or booking online. To receive the reduced rate please refer to the link below or to the group as "Day/Fernandez Wedding". When booking online, the website will default to a two night stay. However, there is no night minimum and you may choose to select a one night stay.
Shuttle
October 4, 2025 4:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Shuttle Service A complimentary school bus, provided by Barrington Transportation, will run between the Crystal Lake Holiday Inn and Bull Valley Golf Club. To the Ceremony: • Shuttle arrives at the Crystal Lake Holiday Inn at 4:00 PM and departs promptly at 4:15 PM. Returning to the Hotel: • First returning shuttle leaves the venue at 10:00 PM (loading at 9:50). • Second returning shuttle leaves the venue at 11:00 PM (loading at 10:50).
