Rhonda and Aixa met working as registered nurses at Florida Hospital. They immediately became close friends through their similarities- an affinity for Christ, love of the nursing profession, and desire to expand their nursing careers. They plan on becoming closer than ever, as they will be embarking on a 3 year journey towards a degree in nurse anesthesia. It's easy to love Rhonda with her nurturing and caring ways and great sense of humor. Aixa couldn’t be anymore excited to have Rhonda as her Maid of Honor.
Areli Santos
Bridesmaid
Areli is Aixa's oldest sister, one of her best friends and all-around amazing human being. Areli’s an extremely intellectual individual, with a talent in just about anything you can think of--cooking, painting, planting, and even sewing! Areli is an ambitious individual and is ready to do business at any time alongside their father and sister in their premiere real estate solutions company, La Familia Property Solutions LLC. She always has great insight and is always up for a good discussion. Aixa has shares a lot of great times with Areli, but is excited to make beautiful, new memories by having Areli be part of her special day as a bridesmaid.
Cynthia Santos
Bridesmaid
Cynthia is Aixa's older sister and another one of Aixa's best friends. Cynthia is such a fashionista with amazing taste in makeup and style. Her ambition makes her one of a kind, as she is one of the leaders of La Familia Property Solutions LLC. Aixa swears Cynthia can easily sell a painting to a blind person! Cynthia's beautiful soul, style and hilarious personality makes it extremely easy for people to gravitate towards her and have a great time with her. Cynthia and Aixa have shared amazing memories growing up and are ready to make new amazing memories as Cynthia participates in Aixa's wedding as a bridesmaid.
Chanelle Hines
Bridesmaid
Chanelle and Aixa have been the best of friends ever since they met working at Burger King in 2010. They have made so many hilarious memories over the course of their 9 year friendship, and most importantly they have witnessed each other grow and mature physically, emotionally and spiritually. Chanelle has an amazing heart and is always there for Aixa as a listening ear and shoulder to cry on, and for that Aixa is always grateful. Chanelle recently became a MRS. in September 2018, and had Aixa had the beautiful opportunity of participating in her special day. Now it's Chanelle's turn to make Aixa's wedding day one-of-a-kind by taking part as another one of Aixa's bridesmaids.
Stephanie Sánchez
Bridesmaid
Stephanie and Aixa also met working through Florida Hospital and quickly became great friends. Stephanie is another nurse friend of Aixa's and is on her way to becoming a nurse practitioner in a couple of months. Stephanie, Rhonda and Aixa all work together and have developed a beautiful relationship and consider each other family. Aixa enjoys Stephanie's kind soul and amazing personality and style. Out of all the bridesmaids, Stephanie is the easiest to recognize since she is the one with the adorable baby bump. She's expecting a beautiful baby boy in July, and Aixa couldn't be anymore excited to meet her future "nephew".
Jennifer Roman
Bridesmaid
Jennifer is another of Aixa's great workmates, who became a lifelong friend. Jennifer and Aixa met while working as nurses on the same floor at Florida Hospital and will now be pursing a degree in nurse anesthesia together as well. Jennifer's hilarious personality and kind character makes her a people-magnet and the center of attention. Aixa always has a great time when Jennifer is around! Aixa is ecstatic to have Jennifer participate in the most special day of her life by taking on the role of a bridesmaid!
Margarita Santos
Mother of the Bride
Aixa has always considered herself to be a momma's girl. It's almost unfathomable, the love Aixa has for her momma! Margarita has been Aixa's backbone through all of Aixa's trials and difficulties, and has been there to celebrate all of Aixa's victories. Margarita is Aixa's confidant, best friend, counselor, and mother. Her guidance, advice, prayers, and love has transformed Aixa into the woman that she is today. . Margarita fought the ultimate battle and beat breast cancer in 2018 and is now stronger and more beautiful than ever to share Aixa's most special day. Aixa shares a special kind of love and bond with her mother. A bond that will never be broken.
Juan Santos
Father of the Bride
Juan is not only Aixa's father, but also Aixa's great friend. Throughout the years, Juan has shown Aixa the manner in which a man should treat his wife through his amazing 31 year marriage to Aixa's mother, Margarita. Juan has been an exceptional male role model in Aixa's life and has been someone Aixa has looked up to for quite some years. Aixa has a special place in her heart for her father, Juan, and she wishes to make him proud with her future accomplishments. Aixa and King are excited to watch their relationship with Juan strengthen as they embark on this new journey, and form a family of their own.
Marcio Figueroa
Father of the Groom
Marcio is King's father and one of King's best friends. Throughout the years, their father-son relationship has strengthened with Marcio's guidance, advice and love towards King. King truly appreciated and loves Marcio for day after day showing him the meaning of hard work and family values. Marcio, who is a native Nicaraguan owns a coffee farm in Nicaragua and strives to be the greatest example for King and his future family with Aixa. Aixa and King are excited to continue growing their family alongside Marcio as an extension of the Figueroa family. They couldn't be any more happier to have Marcio be part of their big day!
Carmen Zelaya
Mother of the Groom
Carmen is King's mother. Carmen's wit and fast thinking makes her the one-of-a kind, amazing woman she is. Carmen has shown King and Aixa that anything in life is possible, with a little bit of handwork, determination, and with Christ by your side. Carmen's loving personality and welcoming nature made it easy for Aixa to acclimate joining a new family. Aixa and King love Carmen immensely and are extremely excited to have Carmen be part of their big day.
Ginnette Ayala & Walter Lopez
Madrina and Padrino
Ginnette or Ginny, is Aixa's older cousin and Aixa's right hand in the wedding planning process. As a psychologist by profession, Ginny has been there to provide Aixa with womanly advice and guidance. Throughout the years, Ginny has watched Aixa grow from a tiny baby girl into the strong young woman she is now. Aixa truly appreciates all the insight and help Ginny has provided her throughout her life and couldn't find another woman who deserves the role of madrina more than Ginny. Walter Lopez is Ginny's husband and has kindly let Aixa borrow Ginny through the long wedding planning process. For his patience and cooperation, Walter deserves a long round of applause. Aixa and King are ecstatic to have Ginnette and Walter participate in the biggest day of their lives as madrina and padrino.
