Where in the Flamingo is the wedding?

Answer

In the center of the Flamingo Hotel & Casino, there is a garden. The Garden Chapel is the indoor venue inside the garden. Casinos can be mazes, so it's recommended to familiarize yourself with the area beforehand to avoid being late.

What should I wear?

Answer

Attire is not formal, however feel free to wear anything sparkly that looks like it belongs in Vegas for the ceremony and dinner. It will still be a little chilly, even though it's Las Vegas, so prepare for that.
