Carlos era el Chef del Marinero Borracho, y en una fiesta alli mismo, se encontro a su clienta mas exigente, Aislinn. Compartieron unas cervezas, uno que otro tequila, muchas risas y unos besos. La invitó a salir al día siguiente, que era el Día de San Valentín. Ella estuvo a punto de cancelar, porque no estaba segura, pero su roomie le dijo que le diera una oportunidad. La recibió con una flor... y ahora viven juntos, y tienen 3 gatos y un perro.
