When should I RSVP?

Answer

All RSVP's are to be returned to us as soon as possible to allow us time to plan accordingly re-numbers, with the 30th of June 2025 being the end date. Should your RSVP change, please update it on the website or text aisling on 0860536879.

Unfortunetly, we are only able to accommodate the children in the immediate wedding party at our reception.

How will I get to and from the Wedding Venue?

Answer

A bus will pick up all guests from a local meeting point in Spinola Bay St.Julians with departure at 14:30pm Sharp. The bus will collect all guests when we have danced our socks off at aprox 1:30am. Palazzo Pariso in Naxxar is roughly 15 minutes to Spinola Bay St.Julians. Taxi's (E-Cabs/Uber & Bolt) are easily accessible if you wish to leave earlier.

What is the transportation service like in Malta?

Answer

Malta is the 5th smallest country in Europe and getting around the Island is quiet easy. The public bus service in Malta serve the major tourist areas. At just €2pp a ride (for any stop) or you can purchase a 7-day explore card at €15 which gives you unlimited travel for 1 week. This card can be purchased in the arrivals lounge at Malta Airport. Buses go every 10 Minutes with the last stop just before 12 midnight. All live route locations can be found on a downloadable app called "Tallinja App" Alternatively, Uber and Bolt are widely used on the island of Malta and we used these services majority of the time in Malta. A taxi trip from St.Julians to Valletta the capital is only 15 minutes and costs roughly €8 for the trip. Bolt and Uber are extremely convenient ways to travel around the island with both services outside your hotel/apartment in just the click of a button!

What are the top attractions in Malta we recommend?

1. Valletta - Malta's Capital. We HIGHLY recommend visiting Valletta for a day trip, there is so much to see and do. Visit the saluting battery where a live cannon fires at 12pm & 4pm everyday. Visit outstanding St John's Cathedral, Upper & Lower Barrakka Gardens, Triton Fountain, Republic Square, St Lucia Street, Strait Street and enjoy the many many cafes & restaurant's for food and drink. 2. Boat trip to see the Blue Lagoon, Camino and Gozo Island. Bluest waters you will ever see! 3. Enjoy the silence of the city of Mdina - A walled city perched on a hill in central Malta. It is also here where part of Game of Thrones was shot. 4. Popeye Village. If you are a fan of the original 1980's Popeye movie featuring Robin Williams, the set is still there to this day. A fun day out to explore. 5. Swim in St/Peter's Pool or at Golden Bay.

What is the weather like in Malta in September

Answer

During September, the average daily temperature ranges from 23°C to 29°C. The nights are generally cooler with temperatures dropping to around 19°C. You can expect 9 hours of sunshine a day with sunset at 7:30pm. On average Malta experiences 3 days of rain in September (here's hoping none of which is during your stay - I will still be bringing the child of Prague with me!:).

What are the beaches like in Malta?

Malta's most popular beaches are North of the Island. Mellieħa Bay, Għajn Tuffieħa and Golden Bay a short 20 minute taxi journey. The closest man-made beach area is St. George's Bay and Balluta Bay St.Julians.
