Is there parking at the hotel?

Answer

There is ample free parking available at the front of the hotel

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Ideally we'd like everyone to arrive at the hotel 20-30 minutes beforehand if possible, to get settled in before the ceremony

Where is the ceremony on?

Answer

Depending on numbers, the ceremony will either be held in the "Patio" or the "Ballyhannon Suite". We'll update this page as soon as we know

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course, the RSVP form on the website has a dietary requirement section, or if you prefer please email us at aislingandjohn21@gmail.com We will have a silent vegetarian option available on the day, and all other dietary requirements can be catered for once we know in advance

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately due to restrictions around numbers we won't be able to accommodate plus ones unless their name is included on the invitation

Due to restrictions around numbers we're only inviting children in our immediate family

What Covid-19 precautions will be in place?

Answer

We'll be following the government guidelines closely in the run up to the wedding and as such we may need to reduce our numbers depending on the advice at the time. Hopefully we will all be vaccinated by then, but either way, the ceremony and reception will be spaced out to accommodate social distancing, and we please ask that you wear a mask when possible, and wash or sanitise your hands regularly. If travelling from abroad we ask that you adhere to the government guidelines around travel into Ireland at the time.
