RSVPs are open! Please RSVP as soon as you are able to, but we have an RSVP deadline of April 3, 2026. This will allow us time to allocate on-site accommodation and work with off-site accommodation partners to ensure that all guests are sorted. If you know you definitely cannot attend, please RSVP "no" as soon as possible so we can maintain an accurate headcount and extend additional invitations with as much notice as we can. We also recommend that our guests traveling from outside of Ireland book flights by this time to ensure availability & pricing.
For our international guests, we recommend flying into Dublin airport and then driving / utilizing public transport options to the venue from there. We highly recommend guests traveling from the US & Mexico plan to arrive at least 1-2 days prior to the wedding weekend (Tuesday or Wednesday) to ensure mitigation for any travel mishaps, flight delays, jet lag, and more - speaking from experience, this is very common. We understand that many of our guests are traveling quite a distance & we want to ensure that you have the chance to settle in before the festivities begin! Please see the "Travel" section of the website for further details.
Once we receive all RSVPs, we will work on allocating on-site accommodation which includes rooms in the House & Shepherds Huts. We will contact guests directly to let them know if they have been allocated a room on-site. For those staying offsite, we have blocked rooms at the BridgeHouse B&B and Millfarm Cottages, which will allow our remaining guests to stay a short 2km down the road.
As this is a destination wedding that involves a good bit of coordination & travel, we fully understand (and expect!) guests having questions. In order to streamline getting back to people, we've designated the following points of contact: For any friends of & cousins of the couple: Contact Alec & Aisling directly For the O'Brien & Golian family: Andrew and Lori O'Brien For the Martinez & Garcia family: Hugo and Laura Martinez On the day of the wedding, please contact Hannah O'Brien (____) or Laura Martinez (____) with any questions.
Due to the intimate nature of our wedding weekend, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
On day two we will continue the party as we have Horetown House all to ourselves for this day as well! Alec & Aisling plan to kickstart the day with a swim and sauna down at Baginbun beach - we welcome anyone who wants to join! (No better cure than a dip in the sea). Afterwards, we'll provide a BBQ meal, games, tunes and a special DJ set at the pub back in Horetown for everyone to party for one last night together. Our hope is that everyone staying with us on-site (and offsite) will be able to stay for the Day Two celebrations before checking out on Sunday!
If you're looking to fill any free time during the weekend, Wexford is full of lovely places to visit. Please click on the 'Things to Do' tab at the top of the website for some suggestions on this.
If you're flying or driving, please arrange your own transportation to and from the venue. However, on the night of the wedding, we’ve arranged pre-booked taxis from 1:30am onwards for guests staying off-site, so you can relax and enjoy the celebrations worry-free.
Yes, there is plenty of parking on site.
We'd love to have your children join us on our wedding day, however, they cannot be present in the Garden Room past 8pm. We are happy to provide a babysitter on-site so that parents can stay and enjoy the party worry-free. We do ask that parents make their own arrangements for the children during the Night Before dinner & Day Two. We will do our best to have options for them, but the venue is an old Manor House and does not have any play areas, etc.
