What is needed for travel?

Answer

A valid passport with 6 months validity. *Complete this form prior to travel to and from DR. It is a digital form required by multiple institutions for entering or leaving the national territory. How can I get around the resort?

Answer

The resort is one of the largest in the area. Frequent shuttle transportation services are available. Rental golf carts are available for purchase. For reference, it takes about 10 minutes walking from the main lobby to the beach. Because of this, we suggest guests leave their room at least 30 minutes prior to the start of events to get there on time. Comfortable shoes are recommended! RESORT MAP IN "GALLERY"

How do I get to and from the hotel and airport?

Answer

Hard Rock offers shared or private transportation on their website. The distance from PUJ airport and the Hard Rock Hotel is approximately 35 minutes. Please reach out to transferpc@hrhcpuntacana.com with the following information: Name of person booking Number of passengers (Adults) Number of children and their ages Passenger names Traveling with pet? Men: Wear white (may wear tan pants) or Barong Women: Wear bright colors

What do I wear for Wedding Day?

Answer

Semi- Formal and any color! Ceremony will be on the beach. Cocktail hour and reception will be located in the Ballroom.

What happens if I do not book through the booking link?

Answer

If you booked the hotel with a cheaper rate through the direct Hard Rock website, you may be eligible for price matching. The contact person for this is erodriguez@aichotelgroup.com. Otherwise, the couple will be expected to collect $100 per person through Zelle or Venmo for those not booked through the booking link over the age of 4.

What happens if I stay off the resort?

Answer

If you are staying outside of the Hard Rock, guests will need to purchase a wedding day pass per adult and children ages 13-18: $156, for children ages 4-12: $78. Wedding passes are only guaranteed for purchase on the day of the ceremony. The guest will have access from 1 hour before the ceremony and until the wedding activities have ended. If the guest requires access to the hotel for more than the allotted time, please let us know. GUESTS MUST TURN IN THEIR PASSPORTS AT CHECK IN AND IT WILL BE RETURNED TO THEM AT CHECK OUT. All Day Pass: $237.00 per person per day (giving the guest access from 10am-2am)
