Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

Answer

Guests will have the option to either RSVP online or they can fill out the RSVP card that will be mailed with the formal invitation and mail it back to us

What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues? Are they wheelchair accessible?

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at: Arrowhead Acres 92 Aldrich St. Uxbridge, MA 01569 Venue is wheelchair accessible

What is the easiest way to get to and from your wedding venue?

Answer

Easiest way is to drive. Our venue has another site on the property that shares the parking lot and another wedding may be taking place around the same time as ours. Car pooling would be the best option to eliminate overflow in the parking lot and guarantee more accessible parking

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot located right next to the reception hall and the ceremony space is about a 2 minute walk from the parking lot

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Ceremony will be outdoors, reception indoors. If there is inclement weather in the area of our day both will be held inside

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Answer

We have 2 room blocks set up: Residence Inn and Courtyard both on George Washington Highway. Links are available under the travel tab

Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel(s)?

As of right now there will not be any transportation services

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

For the ceremony we ask that our guests wear formal attire they are most comfortable in (dress, suit, pant suit, dress shirt/pants). For the reception guests may choose to wear what they wore to the ceremony or can bring comfortable clothes to change into to party the night away and celebrate with us

Are there any colors or styles you'd prefer me to wear?

Answer

Whatever you are most comfortable in. Guests can either choose to match the fall theme of the wedding or whatever colors they prefer, we just ask no all white or burgundy

What is the weather like in the area?

Answer

Weather is usually in between, it could be warm during the day & cold at night. It will all depend on the weather throughout that week. Any wedding updates due to weather will be sent out as soon as possible

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Plus ones will be addressed on the formal invitations. Although we would love to celebrate with everyone we just request that if a plus one is not listed on the formal invitation that guests do not reach out about bringing another guest

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

Children of immediate family members only are invited and will also be addressed on the formal invitation. Although we love all our little ones dearly we just ask to keep the attendance at a minimum. Please be aware for any couples bringing the addressed children there will be alcohol present and a DJ with no guarantee of keeping the music 100% clean

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

Any guests that have dietary restrictions or food allergies we ask that you let us know ahead of time, preferably when RSVPs are sent, so we can make accommodations with our catering company to ensure everyone has a meal they can enjoy.

We will be having a cash bar only so guests are prepared to bring cash or credit/debit cards with them

There will be a gift table within the reception site so guests can bring their gifts to the wedding. Any guests that wish to send their gifts our address is: 8 Jerome Street Taunton, MA 02780

What time should I arrive at your wedding ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony begins at 6pm so we ask guest to arrive no later than 30 minutes before the ceremony starts to make sure everyone is seated in order for the ceremony to start right on time

Where is the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will be held outside at Arrowhead Acres. Once you turn onto the gravel path travel straight down until you reach a banquet hall, the parking lot will be on your right. The ceremony space is located in a wooded area behind the banquet hall, just follow the paved path all the way down and it will lead you right to the space. Guests will be sitting on wooden benches

What time will your wedding reception end? Is there an after-party?

Answer

Reception will be over at 11pm. We booked the meeting room at the Residence Inn on George Washington Highway for an after party. Guests are more than welcome to join after the wedding

Will there be a time gap between your wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

Ceremony runs 6-6:30, cocktail hour will run from 6:30-7:30, reception/bridal party entrances will begin promptly at 7:30. Dinner will follow immediately after

Could you suggest places to eat, drink and see while I am in town for your wedding?

Answer

There will be a list in the "Things to Do" tab that include places to visit surrounding the venue

Will there be other events to attend on the wedding weekend?

Answer

As of right now there are no other events going on wedding weekend. If there are we will reach out to whoever is interested

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony meaning we ask all guest to please silence their cell phones and keep them hidden as we will have a photographer and videographer around to capture moments from our special day. For the reception we will have QR codes set up where our guests can take pictures and upload them to one wedding album so we can enjoy all the memories our guests made from our special night. We also requests any photos taken outside of the QR be sent to either the bride or groom so we can enjoy everything captured during the night.

Guests will be allowed to posts any pictures on social media, make sure to use our wedding hashtag as well!

We will make sure that all updates will be posted on our wedding website. Any emergent updates day before/day of we will make sure guests are notified through phone call/text.
