While we love all children, we would like our wedding day to be child free. For couples traveling with small children, please contact the couple to discuss child care options for the evening of the wedding

Do I need to be vaccinated against COVID to attend the wedding?

Answer

As of May 5, 2022, Orleans Parish is categorized as having LOW COVID-19 Community Level, when considering the three CDC measures together and using the thresholds listed in the chart above. Therefore, the New Orleans Health Department is revising prior guidelines, lifting requirements on COVID-19 proof of vaccination or proof a recent negative COVID test to enter certain establishments. There is no mask or vaccine mandate in Jefferson Parish where the wedding and ceremony will take place

How will I get to the Ceremony and Reception

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be in Kenner, LA, about 20 min outside of New Orleans. For guest staying in the City of New Orleans, a complimentary bus will be available with limited seating at NOPSI Hotel at 6 PM. It will be available for return to the city throughout the evening. For guests staying in New Orleans outlying cities, Kenner is a short Uber/Lyft ride away.

What is the weather like?

Answer

Temperatures in July in Louisiana can be between 80 and 100 degrees. The ceremony will be held in the evening outside followed by an inside reception.
