Logan and Hannah met at Sherwood Baptist Church on September twenty-fourth in the year twenty twenty. Hannah invited Logan to her ZTA formal shortly after meeting him. They quickly became close friends and spent a lot of time with each other and their friend group. After a while, feelings began to develop and Logan asked Hannah to be his girl friend. Logan had previously seen a vision of Hannah and felt like he heard the Lord telling him, she would be his wife. Logan at the time of seeing this, did not know Hannah at all and did not know if he truly saw and heard what he did. Although there was lots of prayer and hesitation at first, God’s hand was in it all. After so many dates, late night car talks, and many prayers, Logan decided to plan an engagement.

Logan planned this months in advance with the help of family and friends. He set up a “scavenger hunt” where he would give Hannah clues to direct them to significant destinations from their relationship. Each clue was a Bible verse from which Hannah had to guess where it tied to their relationship. At the end of the date, Logan took Hannah to their last spot, their swing, where the conversation about marriage began. This was a very special spot for the couple. Logan gave Hannah a special Bible which had marks of verses talking about marriage and love. With the passage from Ephesians chapter 5, he dropped to one knee and asked Hannah to be his bride. Of course she said yes!
