Oakland International Airport (OAK) is approximately 20–30 minutes from the venue and is a popular option for rideshare services or rental cars. San Francisco International Airport (SFO) is about 40–60 minutes away and offers the most nonstop flight options, while San José Mineta International Airport (SJC) is also a viable alternative at roughly 45–75 minutes depending on traffic. Rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) and rental cars are readily available at all airports. For those not renting a car, BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) runs from both SFO and OAK to the Dublin/Pleasanton station, followed by a short rideshare to hotels or the venue. Please allow extra travel time during peak commute hours, and we recommend booking flights and ground transportation early for the smoothest experience.
