How do we get to the wedding?

Answer

If you choose to drive to the location, there is a large car park on site where you can park for free for the duration of the wedding. Alternatively, you can take a train to Birmingham New Street station. From there, board the West Midlands Railway service to Bromsgrove. Once you arrive, you can easily book an Uber or local taxi service to reach the venue.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony is set to begin at 4:00 PM, and we kindly ask all guests to arrive by 3:30 PM to ensure everything runs smoothly and we can start promptly. We look forward to sharing this special moment with you!

Can I wear stiletto heels?

Answer

The venue has a strict policy against stiletto heels as they damage the Tipi wooden floors and the grass. Therefore, we kindly ask that you do not wear stiletto heels to the wedding.

When should we RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask everyone to RSVP by April 15, 2025. Unfortunately, if we don’t receive your RSVP by then, we’ll need to assume you’re unable to attend. We truly hope to celebrate this special day with you, but as we must provide an exact guest count to our vendors, we’re unable to accommodate late responses. Thank you for your understanding!

Can I bring a Plus-One/date?

Answer

If you received a plus one, your guest's name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise we would like to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We decided to keep our wedding and reception as adults-only with the exception of family. Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. As much as we love your little ones, we hope you understand!

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

YES! The ceremony will be held outdoors with (non-alcoholic) cocktail hour to follow. This will be followed by an indoor reception inside the Tipi.

Do I need to bring a gift?

Answer
