Richard and Aisha's love story began in 2014 on a dating app called “Badoo”. That’s right, they met on a dating app. Total strangers, only knew from what they saw on each others profile. At first they were both skeptical to meet in person because now a days online, no one is honest on who they really are. But taking the risk, they decided to meet in person after two weeks of constant messaging each other. Once meeting in person, they both had the biggest relief. They stayed true to their true selves and matched their online profiles. Both instantly felt a connection after giving each other a hug for the first time. They had a cute first date at H-Mart, enjoying some delicious Korean food and from that day, the rest was history. Fast forward to 9 years later, through trails and tribulations, Aisha and Richard have stuck by each others side. They have finally decided to make things right and tie the knot! They are very excited to start this brand new chapter, being able to share this special time with their loved ones!

It was a warm and beautiful Saturday morning. Aisha, Richard and their moms all went for nice walk around the Ringwood Botanical Gardens. Richard asks Aisha to wear something nice and he would do the same. But both moms were wearing comfy workout clothing leaving Aisha very puzzled but she didn't think of any it. As they all made their rounds though the gardens, it was time for a break. Both Aisha and Rich sit on a bench to relax for a couple of mins. (FUN FACT: The bench is the same exact one where both Aisha and Richard carved their names back in 2014 when they first visited the gardens. So this beautiful place already has a special meaning to them). After their moms took pictures of them posing on the bench, Richard gave the thumbs up signaling that it was time to pop the question. He gets down on one knee and to Aisha's surprise, she cries tears of joy saying yes to Richard instantly. And the rest was history!
