Your round-trip hotel transfers are provided by AMSTAR DMC. Below are your instructions. Procedure for arrival: After exiting your plane at your destination, you will follow the airport’s signs to proceed to Immigration where you will need to present your passport and entry documentation to the airport’s representatives. Once you clear Immigration, you will proceed to baggage claim where you will pick up your luggage on the appropriate belt. Once you’ve picked up your luggage, you will proceed through Customs. After clearing Customs, it is very important that you do not stop at the Tourist Information or Travel Advisors booths in the hallway as you walk towards the terminal exit. Often times, there will be time share representatives who request your documentation and pretend to be customer service agents, but they are just trying to create an opportunity for a sales pitch. As a result, it is very important that you ignore the solicitors and continue to exit the airport terminal. Upon exiting the airport terminal, you will find Amstar DMC representative wearing blue tropical uniform shirts and holding Amstar DMC signs. These representatives can typically be located in a matter of a few minutes (depending on the airport’s traffic at the time of arrival). Once you’ve located your Amstar DMC representative, you will need to show them your e-travel documents, and they will arrange your transportation to your hotel. It is also important that you meet with your Amstar DMC representative within 24 hours of arrival at the hotel in order to confirm your return transportation.
