Is the ceremony and reception in the same location?

Answer

Yes, all the wedding acitivites on August 12, 2022 are held in one location, Royal Kona Resort.

Does The Royal Kona Resort Have A Parking Fee?

Answer

Parking is free to the guests of our wedding. You will receive parking validation when you check in for the lu'au reception.

How will I find the location of the ceremony at the Royal Kona Resort?

Answer

The ceremony is held at Nohea Point, a venue located in the Royal Kona Resort.

How long will the ceremony last?

Answer

Please refer to our schedule webpage for time, location and complete itinerary details. The Ceremony begins at 3:00PM, early entrance to the luau begins at 4:30 PM and the champagne and cake cutting immediately following the luau. All events finish by 9:00 pm.

Why isn't the couple registered at any stores?

Answer

We have lived together for over four years so there really isn't anything we need for our household. If you would like to purchase a gift for us, please visit the Registry page of this website to see what cash funds you would like to to contribute.

Is there a McDonalds on the big island?

Answer

Yes, there are unique items offerred exclusive to Hawaii. For breakfast you can order a platter of spam, rice, Portuguese sausage and eggs. They also offer Haupia (fried coconut pie), Hawaiian Islands iced tea, Kona Coffee and saimin (similar to ramen).
