Welcome Party

5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Dressy Casual: includes button up shirts, sport coats (optional), jeans, slacks, or a nice shirt for men. Dresses, skirts, blouses, or jumpsuits for women. Cowboy hats and boots are always welcome!

There will be a pizza bar with several types of pizza, salad and breadsticks.... and of course some yummy cocktails to welcome everyone to the mountains! Ending the event by 8:00 PM but plan to show our friends the downtown Whitefish bars afterwards!

Ceremony in Glacier National Park

3:00 pm

Please arrive at The Patio at 12:30 PM, grab and drink at the bar while waiting to be picked up by the charter bus by 1:00 PM. The charter bus ride is about 1 hour & 15 minutes to Apgar Amphitheater. You will arrive to the ceremony location spot around 2:15PM. 3:00 PM, ceremony begins. 4:15/4:30 PM guest will get picked up by the charter bus and head back to The Patio to start the reception. Alcohol is allowed on the charter bus for the ride there and back, so cheers!
