When and where is the wedding?

What is the dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is Summer Formal. We kindly invite guests to wear dressy attire suitable for a summer celebration. Floor-length or midi dresses, flowy cocktail dresses, formal jumpsuits, suits and khaki or dress pants are all wonderful options. Ties are welcome but not required! As our ceremony and reception will take place at a farm venue during the summer, we recommend lightweight fabrics and footwear that will be comfortable on grass and uneven ground. If you have any questions about what to wear, please feel free to reach out to Ainsley & Ethan. We can’t wait to celebrate together!!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Guests are welcome to arrive as early as 3:00pm, but we ask that everyone arrive by 4:15 PM at the latest, to ensure you're seated before the ceremony begins at 4:30 PM.

Is there parking available?

Yes! There is free parking on-site!

Are children welcome?

Answer

What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 30th, 2026, so we can get a headcount for the venue and catering purposes. If the deadline passes and you would like to RSVP or if anything changes, please reach out to Ainsley & Ethan directly.

Can we take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We would prefer that ringers are turned off and phones are put away during the ceremony portion of the wedding. Feel free to take as many photos as you'd like before the ceremony, during the cocktail hour and at the reception!

Will there be a bar/alcohol served?

Answer

No, alcohol will not be served. However, there will be a bar serving a variety of soft drinks!

Will there be fans/shade?

Answer

We are anticipating shade covering a portion of the outdoor ceremony space and fans will be provided to at each guest's seat. There will be covered seated areas during the cocktail hour and large fans in the barn for the reception.

In June we expect humidity and highs in the 80's! As the date gets closer, we will send out a rain plan if we think that may be a possibility so guests can plan accordingly!
