How should I RSVP?
Answer
You can RSVP directly on this website. Just head to the RSVP tab, enter your name, and submit your response.
Question
When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
Please RSVP by March 1, 2026 so we can make sure you have a seat, a plate, and a great time. The sooner you respond, the happier our wedding planner will be.

What should I wear?
Answer
Cocktail or semi-formal attire that feels right for a spring celebration. PLEASE AVOID BLUE (our VIPs will be in blue) and white (the bride called dibs). Pastels, florals, and other cheerful spring colors are very welcome.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?
Answer
Seating opens at 4:30 PM, and the ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. Give yourself a little time to park and get comfortable so you don’t miss the big entrance.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
A little of both. Our ceremony will take place outdoors on a mix of grass and concrete, then we’ll head inside for cocktail hour and the reception.

How do I get to and from the wedding venue?
Answer
Both our ceremony and reception will be at Hiddenbrooke Hills by Wedgewood Weddings in Vallejo, CA. Uber and Lyft are easy options, and parking is available if you prefer to drive and aren’t planning to drink. We recommend staying at one of the hotels listed on our Travel page to keep the night simple and safe.

Are children invited?

We love your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy the night off to relax, eat, drink, and dance with us!

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
If your invitation includes a plus-one, you’ll see their name listed on your RSVP. If not, we’re keeping the guest list intimate and are only able to accommodate those formally invited. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?
Answer
Our dinner will be served buffet style with a variety of options that should work for most dietary needs. If you have a specific allergy or restriction, please reach out so we can make sure you’re taken care of.

Is there a hotel block?
Answer
We don’t have an official hotel block, but the hotels listed on our Travel page are the ones recommended by the venue and are convenient if you’re staying nearby. Feel free to choose whichever option works best for you.

Are you accepting gifts?
Answer
Your presence is truly the best gift. If you would like to gift something, we have a cash registry available on the Registry page through Zola, which uses Venmo (@aimie-ye) for a simple, fee-free way to contribute. You may also use Zelle (650-303-4166) if you prefer. We will also have a box for cards and wishes at the event! Thank you for celebrating with us and supporting our future together.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
April in Vallejo usually brings mild spring weather, with warm afternoons and cooler evenings. Since our ceremony is outdoors and the celebration continues inside, layers are your friend. A light jacket or wrap is a great idea once the sun goes down.
