Travel Note
The drive to Hermosillo is an easy 4-4.5 hrs. It is best to use the Mariposa International border crossing point in Nogales, AZ. One of our favorite spots to grab a bite to eat on the road is Asadero Leo's in Imuris, Son., famously known for their delicious tacos de carne asada!
Flight
While Hermosillo does have an international airport, we highly recommend that friends and family who live in Tucson drive as it is the most affordable mode of transportation. Nevertheless, there are flights out of both the Tucson International and Phoenix Sky Harbor Airports.
