When and how should I RSVP?

Please RSVP no later than September 10, 2025 by using the RSVP tab/link on this website.

Are children welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately, this was not appropriate for our venue or budget. We hope that leaving the kids at home will allow our parental guests to fully celebrate with us!

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

If you have a plus one noted specifically noted on your invitation, yes! - If your plus one that you thought could attend now cannot, please let us know as soon as possible so their plate can be removed.

Transportation to and from hotel? Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a parking lot on site and an attendant will be there to help you know where to park and how to get to the ceremony area. Busses are scheduled to and from the hotel- this information will be included in the hotel welcome bags!

Is the venue fully accessible? Outdoors?

Answer

Yes, there will also be staff with golf carts, etc. to assist in navigating the venue, getting to bathrooms, etc. if needed. The cocktail hour has an indoor/outdoor space and the reception will be tented. The ceremony itself will be outdoors in front of a home on the property.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal is what we're going for! Suits or dress shirts with slacks; cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, or formal dresses. Please no jeans, t-shirts, hats, etc. Be sure to check the weather for whatever October may give us!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please notate this when choosing your dinner. We are no stranger to these needs and take it seriously. There will also be one vegetarian dinner option. The other dinner options are gluten free, and you can request the side salad without croutons.

Am I allowed to take photos/videos at the wedding?

Answer

We ask that our ceremony be "unplugged" and everyone fully present with us. Please feel free to capture the day at the cocktail hour and reception. We will be sure to share the professional photos as soon as we can!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar during the cocktail hour and reception serving beer, wine, cocktails, and signature drinks. Cash tips for the bartenders are appreciated, but not required!

Where is the after-party?

Answer

We plan to have a cash bar after-party at the Greene Turtle near the hotel after the reception. Anyone can attend, any time. You just enter as you would a typical bar patron.

Is smoking allowed?

Answer

Per venue policy, Cold Saturday Farm is a smoke free property except for one designated smoking area (the fire pit). Please do so responsibly. Smoking of any kind in any building is strictly prohibited.

Brunch or breakfast the following day?

Answer

Yes, feel free to join us for breakfast, available in the hotel restaurant until 11 am.
