What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semiformal/cocktail attire.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outside overlooking beautiful Keuka Lake. Dinner will take place in a covered tent and the reception will move into the open barn.

Are kids invited?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, due to venue limitations, we are only able to invite children of the immediate family.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have blocked rooms at three hotels in Penn Yann- Hampton Inn, Microtel, and Best Western. Rooms in the block are available Thursday May 23rd through Monday May 27th at discounted rates. Please go to the Travel page for more information. There are also many Bed and Breakfasts and Inns close to downtown Penn Yan. You can also check out Air Bnb and VRBO to find some great options along the lake. At this time we are only able to offer transportation from the hotels with room blocks.

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

There will be transportation from the hotels with room blocks (Hampton Inn, Microtel, Best Western) to the wedding venue. There will also be a shuttle back to the hotels after the reception at 10 pm. It is about a 10 minute drive from the hotels to the venue. See shuttle schedule under the Travel Tab.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is a very limited amount of parking at the venue (max capacity 30 cars). Please try to utilize the transportation provided or let us know if you plan on driving so we can ensure there will be a parking spot available.
