Question
Are kids invited?
Answer
We have decided to have an adult only ceremony and reception (21 years of age and over). While it was a hard decision to make, we have limited attending children to our nieces and nephews only! We want everyone to be present without distraction to celebrate the night away with us! We apologize if this is an inconvenience to anyone but we want to give everyone enough time to make other arrangements/accommodations for the kiddos if necessary. Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to celebrating with you!

How can I RSVP?
Answer
Please go to our RSVP section on our wedding website to RSVP as we are not having guests mail back RSVP cards. Type in your first and last name to search for yourself and the rest of your party (ie. plus ones) will appear as well to RSVP.

Can I drive to the venue?
Answer
Yes. Although transportation will be provided to and from the venue, limited parking is available to guests onsite. Cars can be left at the venue overnight but need to be picked up by no later than 10am the following morning. Ubering is not recommended for pick up and drop off due to the demand in the neighboring college town of Charlottesville and the distance from the venue.

How can I get to the venue?

To help offload some of the stress and for the safety our guests, we have reserved two buses that will pick up and drop off guests in down town Charlottesville area near the hotel accommodations. Please see our travel section for more information.

What can I wear?

Dress code is cocktail attire! Impress us with how really, really ridiculous good looking you fine ladies and gents can be!

Where can I send your wedding gifts?
Answer
Thank you so much in advance! We ask if you could please send any wedding gifts to our home address in Billings, MT, which will be provided as an option on each of our registries websites. Please see our registry section for wedding gift ideas!
Question
Is the wedding venue be an indoor or an outdoor event?
Answer
Both! Our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will take place on the grass lawn, while our reception will take place inside the vineyard.

What food will be served at the wedding?
Answer
A selection of hors d'oeuvres will be provided during the cocktail hour to enjoy! As for dinner, a predetermined salad and surf/turf entree will be provided for everyone to enjoy! Also, a predetermined vegetarian option will be provided for guests if requested. Please contact Aimee or Matt if you would prefer a vegetarian option. Cake and additional desserts will be provided as well!
