Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be held at Cross Water Ranch (732 N 500 E, Vernal, Ut 84078) in Vernal, Utah. Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends dress in ranch formal attire for our wedding. Ladies- The venue is mostly grass, so plan accordingly for your footwear. Block heels, platforms, flats, boots etc. are recommended so you don't sink in the grass.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your save the date/invitation was addressed to you and a guest, then yes! Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Can we bring our children

Answer

We love your kids, we do! However, due to venue limitations, we respectfully request that you only bring children that are included on your invitations. If a child's name is listed on your invitation we look forward to celebrating with your entire family. Otherwise, encourage you to think of our wedding as a date night away from the kids!

Where should I stay for the weekend?

Answer

To accommodate all of our guest's various accommodation preferences and budgets, we encourage you to stay at any hotel listed in our travel tab or an Airbnb of your choosing. Vernal is a small town, however, has many different kinds of accommodations.

How do I RSVP

Answer

Please click the RSVP tab! We ask that you kindly RSVP by May 1st, 2024

What happens if I dont RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not get an RSVP back by the date we have provided, it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us however, we have to provide the total guest count to the venue in a timely manner. due to this, we cannot accept late RSVPs, we hope that you understand!

What time is the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm. Cocktails, dinner, and dancing will follow.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, beer and wine are on us and the hangover is on you - get ready to celebrate!
