FAQs

Question

Why is your wedding 8 hours long 🤨

Answer

The first part of the day will be a music festival, with two different bands playing, snacks, drinks, and good times. The more traditional part of the wedding (ceremony and reception) starts at 5pm, so if jams aren’t your thing or you don’t feel like hanging all day, come around 4 or 4:30. We also plan to head out into downtown West Chester at the end of the night; Hotel Warner will be our after party HQ. Check out the Schedule page of our website for full details!

Question

What if it rains?

Answer

It won’t; the Farmer’s Almanac says 76 & partly cloudy! (But of COURSE we have a rain plan involving an extra tent and huge umbrellas) (But it won’t rain)

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The music starts at 1pm! You are welcome to join us for the festival, or arrive by 4:30pm for the ceremony and reception. Check out the Schedule page of our website for full details: https://www.zola.com/wedding/aimeeandjim2025/event

Answer

Check out the Schedule page on our website: https://www.zola.com/wedding/aimeeandjim2025/event

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

We’re calling it Festival Fancy: think khakis, linen pants, short-sleeved button downs, vests, maxi dresses, and sandals. Jeans or shorts are great, too! The most important thing is that you’re comfortable and ready to have a great time! The venue is completely outdoors with plenty of shade and creek access for wading :)

Question

Where can I park?

Answer

There is plenty of parking onsite; you are also able to leave your car overnight as long as it’s picked up by 11 am on Sunday 6/29. We will have shuttle service back to the hotel at the end of the evening.

Question

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! Check out the Travel page of our website for more info: https://www.zola.com/wedding/aimeeandjim2025/travel We will have shuttle service back to the hotel at the end of the evening as well. The hotel will also be our after party HQ, so if you’re still in party mode but not staying there, take the shuttle back and traipse around downtown West Chester with us!

I have a food allergy; can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Please note this on your RSVP and we will do our best to accommodate.
