Things To Do

We're so excited to share a few of our favorite places or areas in the city with you!!!
Historic Fells Point

Historic Fells Point

S Broadway and Thames St, Baltimore, MD 21231

Fells point is a great spot to visit for the out-of-towners or for our local friends to check in to some of the old haunts and see the new ones too! Great for hanging day or night. Plenty of options for bars, restaurants and shopping. We will be partying in this area after the wedding! For a fancy cocktail option and experience check out the bar at the Sagamore Pendry or head over to one of our favorite and most frequented spots the "Cat's Eye Pub." Go to breakfast/brunch: Blue Moon Cafe

Oriole Park at Camden Yards

Oriole Park at Camden Yards

333 West Camden Street, Baltimore, MD 21201

Consistently rated one of the top ballparks in the MLB for a reason, catching a ballgame at Camden Yards is an all-star experience!!! Easy to access from most of the hotels in the area; for those staying in the recommended Harbor East hotels (see the "Travel' Page) it's a beautiful mile and a half walk across Baltimore's famed Inner Harbor or a quick rideshare/drive away. The Oakland A's will be in town Friday 4/26-Sunday 4/28 so if you feel like catching the Friday night game or the Sunday day game on your way out of town I'm sure it will be VERY easy to root root root for the home team. Go-to spots pregame: Pickle's Pub, Section 771, any lively bar in Federal Hill

Fort McHenry National Monument and Historic Shrine

Fort McHenry National Monument and Historic Shrine

2400 East Fort Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21230

"O say can you see" that Fort McHenry is an enchanting place to take a stroll and explore some American history. Hopefully the beautiful cherry blossoms are still in bloom by end of April, because this is one of the best places in the city to check them out! Located along the water near the sleepy yet quaint little neighborhood of Locust Point, Fort McHenry is best known for its role in the War of 1812, when it successfully defended Baltimore Harbor from an attack by the British navy from Chesapeake Bay on September 13–14, 1814. DOWN WITH THE BRITS!!! Fort McHenry is best known today as the designated birthplace of "The Star-Spangled Banner," the national anthem of the United States written by Maryland's own Frances Scott Key inspired by the bombardment of the fort.

Federal Hill

Federal Hill

Baltimore, MD

Feel free to take a trip to where it all began for Aimee and James. Lively daytime and nightlife area for young whippersnappers. Great atmosphere for a pre or post orioles game stop or just area to hang in the city for a few cold ones with friends. Federall Hill park offers a nice view of the city just a few blocks from a rowdy bar scene. Go to Breakfast/brunch: Spoon's cafe, Blue Moon Too, Blue Agave Best dive bar in the world: (keyword dive) Mum's Philly Cheesesteaks and cold beers: Magerk's Cool atmosphere beer garden: Crossbar Federal Hill

For all the days along the way
