We met at work in the Summer of 2014 at IDEXX. We were both medical laboratory technicians at the reference laboratory in Totowa, NJ, and worked in Parasitology together on night shift. The two of us were friends first and we really ended up connecting during all of our 8AM dance parties. A bunch of the girls at work had seen the chemistry between us and had pointed this out to us. Aimee asked James out on a date soon after to the Natural History Museum in NYC and the rest is history! Soon after our first date, we started dating on January 1, 2015. A couple months later James got a new job within IDEXX. James asked Aimee to come with him to Texas. We packed up all our things and moved across the country with our 3 cats. 4 years of bliss later and here we are getting married!
