Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will both take place at the Chesapeake Bay Foundation. There is plenty of parking at the venue for guests not using the provided shuttles. If you are staying in or around the Annapolis area, Uber and Lyft are always an option!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love for guests to get dressed up with us. Our dress code is formal. The ceremony will take place on the beach, so dress in layers pending weather!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30. We ask that guests arrive 15 minutes early.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the Chesapeake Bay Foundation?

Answer

Shuttles will pick-up and drop-off guests for those staying at or near the Westin (3:30PM), Hilton (3:40PM), and Annapolis Waterfront Hotel (3:50PM). All hotels listed in the "Travel" section of our website are in walking distance of shuttle pick-up locations. Shuttles will pick up guests at the hotel entrances. Not staying in one of the hotels? No problem! You can still meet at the closest hotel to you and catch a shuttle ride. If you are staying in or around the Annapolis area but are too far from a shuttle drop-off, Uber and Lyft are always an option!
