Yes! It's a rooftop moment with great views of the Nashville skyline.

Where is the reception?

The cocktail hour and reception will both take place just a few steps away, indoors in the air conditioning, of course!

Semi-formal/cocktail attire—think chic, elevated, and ready for the dance floor!

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony starts at 6:00pm. Please arrive 30 minutes early.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
No. We are doing an unplugged ceremony so the photographer can capture your beautiful face without phones in the air. You can go full paparazzi once the cocktail hour begins, but there will be no phones permitted during the ceremony. We will share our professional photos with you!

Do you have a hotel block?
Answer
We have a small room block at the Omni Hotel, and we have curated a list of walkable hotels so that you can stay wherever fits your vibe and budget. If you have issues booking within the block, please email us at thebandiwedding@gmail.com.

Where should I park or get dropped off?
Answer
We will update the parking details closer to the date, but if you are staying downtown, chances are its walkable!

Can I bring my kids?
Answer
No. This is an adult only celebration, with exception of the children in the wedding party.

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
If your invitation says "and guest", then yes! If it doesn't...no, but we still love you.

Will there be an open bar?

Yes. Plan accordingly.

What about dietary restrictions?
Answer
Please note them when you RSVP. Our caterers are wonderful and will make sure you are taken care of. We take food allergies seriously!

When should I RSVP?
Answer
The sooner the better! Our cutoff date will be May 25, 2026. If you miss the deadline, your RSVP will default to "not attending". This is a strict deadline set by our venue and caterers.
