When is the promotional code valid?

Answer

Our wedding promo code (AIMEEANDBRAD) is valid on stays October 6-16, 2025. Book by June 19, 2025 to guarantee a discounted room rate. The hotel has a 3 night minimum requirement. We have our rooms booked for October 8th- October 14th but feel free to stay longer before or after as you please.

Can we stay at one of the other three hotels on the same resort?

Answer

Yes, the room rate is valid for all 4 hotels on the resort including: White Sand, Kantenah and Colinial. However, by staying at a different hotel you ONLY have access to the TRS Yucatan for the wedding and reception.

Can we rent a car or use an alternate shuttle service?

Answer

Yes, please check with the resort about parking if renting a car. Feel free to book with whatever company is easiest for you.

What's it like going through immigration and customs in Mexico?

Answer

During your flight to Mexico, you will be given a form (immigration form) to fill out some of your basic information, including the name of the resort. Be sure to fill out the top and bottom sections of the form. Upon arrival in Mexico, you will receive a customs form. It's in Spanish, but once you go past passport control and arrive in customs, you will see a version on the wall in English to help you fill it out. Go through passport control and give the officer the form you filled out on the plane. They will speak English and just ask you some basic questions about your trip. The officer will give you back the bottom section for the entirety of your trip. YOU WILL NEED IT TO BOARD YOUR RETURN FLIGHT SO DO NOT LOSE IT. After clearing passport control, you'll go through customs. Fill out the customs form using the English version on the wall. The customs agents will then ask if you have anything to declare, and you can follow their instructions accordingly.

What's it like to go through immigration and customs in the United States?

Answer

You will again be given a form to fill out on the plane but will be directed to passport control upon arrival. You will either be sent to a kiosk and then an agent, or just an agent. They may ask you about your stay in Mexico before letting you move on to customs to continue on home or declare items as needed.
