While we are so happy you found your special someone, we are at max capacity for the venue and cannot allow for any additional guests. If you are allotted a guest, their name will be with yours on your invitation envelope and/or noted on your RSVP card. While Ogontz is a wonderful place to bring your special someone someday, we kindly ask you not to bring a guest to the camp who is not invited to the wedding ceremony and reception. Thank you for understanding!
Children under the age of 18 a discounted rate of $100 per child total, regardless of housing assignment.
According to Bride's Dress Code: "A small step above semi-formal, though not as formal as black-tie optional or black-tie." Think a dress or a suit and tie, and "a balance between elegant and comfortable and typically more formal than a day wedding but more casual than a night celebration."
Once you check-in at the Ogontz Post Office and receive your cabin number, you can drive your vehicle to your assigned cabin, unload your belongings, and then drive your vehicle to the parking pasture behind the camp. It is important that all cars are parked in this designated lot after unloading as they detract from the camp's rustic ambiance. If you require a golf cart in order to get around camp, that can be rented through Ogontz.
Depending on your cabin, Ogontz does allow dogs and charges a $50 "dog fee" for the stay. Please let us know if you are planning to bring your dog so Ogontz can work that out with you. There will not be any pet-sitting service during the wedding events. Breed restrictions apply. No other animals allowed.
Our wedding will be a no-military-uniform occasion. Think of it as a chance to escape in the mountains away from work!
