Getting to Chattanooga - If you haven't been before, Chattanooga has its own charming airport, 5 gates, with not a lot of direct flight options, but plenty of flights back and forth to ATL. Alternatively, can consider flying into ATL and either renting a car to drive to Chattanooga (2 hour drive) or taking the Groome shuttle from the ATL to the CHA airport. Where to stay - While there are some lodging options on Lookout Mountain, we generally recommend staying in downtown Chattanooga. We will provide a shuttle that picks up from the Edwin and likely the Westin to head up to Lookout Mountain for the wedding.

Bluff View Inn

*Please note these rooms are blocked for the wedding, so reservations will have to be made over the phone.* The Bluff View Inn is located in 3 turn of the century homes overlooking the Tennessee River. This is also incredibly close to the rehearsal dinner and welcome party location. They offer rooms with additional living space that may be appealing to those with families or groups that are interested in sharing common spaces. The buildings are a bit older, but the furnishing and appliances are beautiful.

The Westin is also located in Downtown Atlanta, a little bit further from the Bluff View Arts district, but should still be an easy home base for the weekend.

The Read House Hotel, Downtown

The Read House is another option in Downtown Chattanooga - we love it's lobby and common spaces, beautiful decor. It was originally built in 1872, and is a Chattanooga landmark, about a 10-minute walk from the Chattanooga Convention Center, and a mile from the Hunter Museum of American Art.

The Chanticleer Inn is an option if you'd prefer to stay on Lookout Mountain -- the location is right by Rock City. Separate cottages are available which also offer some common spaces, that may be attractive for extended families, including pool and fire pit access.

The Hotel Chalet is linked to the Chattanooga Choo Choo, a classic Chattanooga attraction. In terms of location, this is essentially between Lookout Mountain and Downtown. The location is a bit less walkable, but it is nearby some of the popular bars and breweries that we may head to for the afterparty
