Our buffet-style dinner and hors d'oeuvres are provided by Cam's Catering (owner of Smokin' Fatty's BBQ, Flippin' Cow, and Chubby Trout)
Buffet Menu:
Sliced brisket, Smoked ribs, Smoked chicken
Dinner salad, White cheddar mac & cheese, Garlic whipped potatoes, Green beans with bacon
Hors D'oeuvres:
Bourbon meatballs, Bavarian pretzel bites & beer cheese, Veggies, and other Charcuterie items
Alcohol and drinks will be provided and served by Linebacker Lounge - with tips strongly encouraged!
Our specialty drinks are a Jack and Coke and a Vodka with cranberry juice
Water, lemonade, tea, and soda are also available
Desserts are provided by Rushauer Cakes & Bakery!
