Things To Know

Q&A and Registry Information included below:
Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Ceremony: Please arrive at Crestmont Hall at 2:30pm. This allows for ample time for parking, walking, and getting seated before the procession starts at 3:00pm. There will be signage directing you where to go from the parking lot. There will be light snacks and beverages available for guests before and after the ceremony. Reception: The reception hall will open at 5:00pm. Guests can sign the guestbook, leave a voice message on the antique phone, and settle into their evening seats. At the guestbook table, there will be a QR code to find your seat and a card box for your cards and/or red envelopes. There will be spare red envelopes provided if you need them. The bride and groom will make a grand entrance at 5:30pm and dinner will be served at 6:00pm.

Question

Where can I find the Registry?

Answer

In Vietnamese and Chinese culture, gifts are given as money in red envelopes to bless the couple. The red envelope symbolizes luck, happiness, friendship, and is a token of good fortune. Spare red envelopes will be available at the guestbook table in case guests require them. If you prefer to gift a physical item, our registry link can be found here: https://www.amazon.ca/wedding/share/LinhandAiden Personal cards are always appreciated but not expected. We will be keeping all personalized gifts/cards in a keepsake box or on display at home.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that our guests RSVP as soon as possible, but the due date will be July 20, 2026. That way we can give the final guest count to our vendors, and finalize the buffet menu to our guests' preferences. As we approach the wedding date, reminders will be sent out to those who have not yet responded.

Question

What if I forgot to RSVP?

Answer

Unfortunately, we will be unable to accommodate those who did not meet the RSVP deadline. Reminders will be sent out, please check your inbox. We would love to have you there, so please RSVP before July 20, 2026.

Question

What if I can no longer attend the wedding?

Answer

We're so sorry that our wedding date did not work for your schedule, please let the bride and groom know as soon as you can. We will miss you so much at our celebration and we hope to catch up with you at a later time.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?
