Question

How do we book the hotel rooms?

Answer

Aiden & Lauren have already booked all 38 hotel rooms for the wedding guests for both nights. If you wish to book a hotel room, please contact either of them directly.

Do we have to stay at Sandy Cove Hotel?

Answer

Aiden & Lauren would love you to stay with them and celebrate their wedding at Sandy Cove Hotel, and they have booked all hotel rooms for guests for two nights so please contact them if you are looking to stay elsewhere.

Are children invited?

Answer

Whilst we would love to invite little ones, we are afraid that due to a restriction on numbers we are unable to accommodate children. We hope you understand and take the opportunity to have a well-deserved night off!

Is there Parking available?

Answer

Complimentary parking is available at the venue.

Question

What time does the wedding start and end?

Answer

All good things must come to an end! The bar will shut at 12:00am, with guests needing to head back to the hotel by 12:30am.

Can I bring a plus 1?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate our special day with our nearest and dearest. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate additional guests unless stated on the invite.

I am unable to attend, what should I do?

Answer

Whilst you will be truly missed, if you are unable to attend, we would be grateful if you could RSVP and let us know at the earliest opportunity so that we can plan accordingly.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than 30th May 2025.

If I am unable to attend, will I be able to get the money back for my hotel room?

Answer

We are sorry that you can no longer make it. If we are able to fill your room, we can try and move things around so you get your money back.

Question

Can I stay for longer than 2 nights?

Answer

If the hotel is available, guests can book to stay extra nights through the hotel directly. If the hotel is booked for exclusive use for another wedding, there are local B&Bs/air BnB’s around Sandy Cove Hotel which guests are advised to book. We will be staying for longer than the weekend but it is entirely up to you.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

Answer

Only food & drink provided by the Hotel is to be consumed on the premises.

Can I pay by cash & card?

Answer

Sandy Cove Hotel operates a cashless bar so only card payment will be allowed.

Damages deposit

Answer

We have paid a refundable damages deposit of £500. This is in case of any damage, theft, partying in rooms after midnight, extra guests found to be staying not notified to the hotel in advance (if this happens you will also be liable for the cost of accommodation for these people) & people bring their own alcohol into The Venue, Hotel & Grounds. Drugs will not be tolerated. If none of the terms and broken we will get this deposit back.
