When should I RSVP by?

We kindly ask that you let us know your plans by July 1st, 2026!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire is encouraged! We also ask that you be mindful of the sacred space which our ceremony is taking place in, and refrain from wearing anything that may not be appropriate for the Church.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

We will be having a completely open bar service during our cocktail hour (5:00 - 6:00 PM), which will reopen once again between 7:00 PM and 9:00 PM. A cash bar will be available outside of those hours!

How far is Christ the King Church and The Barn at Fox Run?

Answer

The travel time between the ceremony location (Christ the King Church in Rutland, VT) and the reception location (The Barn at Fox Run in Ludlow, VT) is 30 minutes.

Can I bring a date or my children?

Answer

While this is not an adults-only event, all children and plus-one's will appear with your RSVP.

Will any transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation between the ceremony and the reception will not be provided. However, if your accommodations are located in Ludlow, VT, a shuttle will be available before and after the reception between the reception venue and your accommodations. Please let us know where you are staying!

If I decide not to utilize the hotel block, where do you recommend staying?

Answer

There are several options available for lodging! Several chain hotels and Airbnb options are available closer to Christ the King Church in Rutland, VT. However, if you are not looking to be far from your bed after dancing the night away, we recommend staying in Ludlow, VT.
